<p>I sent in my application for Fall '11 and i’m kinda worried because I wasn’t sure whether a class of mine was considered an art class to fulfill my GE so i didn’t put it on my app. it turns out it does and I didn’t put it down on my app. AM I TOTALLY SCREWED??? I e-mailed the admissions office to tell them i left it out cuz i wasn’t sure if it belonged, but that it will be on my transcript when i send it. so…did i ruin my chances of getting into CAL POLY?</p>
<p>I think you should be ok - my daughter made a similar error on her application last year and she e-mailed admissions about it. It took several days to hear back but they did e-mail her and tell her they had corrected it.</p>
<p>They are really helpful in admissions and they will help you to work it out. Try not to worry.</p>

<p>Don’t worry, it’s the weekend so they wont get to your email until Monday. But the admissions people are helpful and will fix it no doubt about it.</p>

<p>No, I think you’ll be fine. I messed up my application too (but in a different way) and I was pretty worried about it but it didn’t turn out to be a big deal. Don’t worry, this is just a small error.</p>
<p>My daughter had forgotten to include her 8th grade math. We called and spoke to someone who was very helpful. There’s something online she filled out to correct an application. I can’t recall what it is right now. Anyway, it was all taken care of via whatever it was she sent in. Not to worry. Good luck! It seems just like yesterday when my daughter was doing this. :)</p>
