am i screwed?!

right now i have a 3.7 unweighted/4.3 weighted GPA, extra curriculars (CSF tutoring + Library + Hospital = 100+ hours-ish), and a score of 1830 on the SAT. i also got 630 on my math II subject test , 520 on my US History, and recently found out i'm an ELC student.

the thing is that for my senior year, i tried four AP classes. for my quarter grades i ended up getting three D's (all in AP classes) and three B's. by the end of the semester, three C's and three A's is my goal.

how much will this affect my college admissions?
will this affect my ELC guaranteed admission?

i've been really stressing because these have been the worst grades i've ever gotten. i've always gotten A's and B's but never C's. i plan on applying to some cal states (CSULB, Cal Poly, SDSU) and UC's (UCSB, UCI, UCD, UCLA, UCB) and i hope they can overlook the C's and see that i truly challenged myself senior year.

Plug your GPA and SAT stats into this UC “chances” link to see where you stand:

UCB and UCLA will probably be out of range with the C’s.

(UCB’s average 2009 California admittee GPA was 3.87 unweighted.)
