<p>To the OP: would Clarkson be a possibility? It has chemical engineering.</p>
<p>But also consider relaxing some of your restrictions (e.g. geographic and size), since they are very limiting in terms of finding schools that offer your preferred major (chemical engineering). Remember that the purpose of going to college is to learn something, so every other consideration besides cost comes second to the school offering what you want to study (or offering a range of subjects that you are interested in if you are undecided).</p>
