Am I shooting too high?

Hello there, I am a prospective student and senior at Olmsted Falls High School, and I was just wondering if I have a chance to get into any of the colleges that I will be applying to:

Let's start with some background then:

GPA: 3.986 (unweighted)
Class Rank: 11 out of 281

SAT
Math: 670
Reading: 620
Writing: 730

ACT
Highest Composite: 29
Highest English/Math scores on one go: 28 and 32 respectively

SAT Subject
Math I: 690
Physics: 630
US History: 720

Extracurricular Activities: Band (Jazz Band and Marching Band as well), Choir (Vocal Jazz Ensemble as well), Drama (Vice President), Forensics (President), Cross Country 4 years (2 year Varsity; 1 year Captain), Singing Angels (Youth Choir: 4 practices a week averaging 2.5 hours/rehearsal), Youth Group, ect.

I would like to do something along the lines of international business, but even marketing, management, or economics sounds intriguing.

Colleges in order of preference:

Washington University St. Louis (I have about a 50-50 shot I found out)
Carnegie-Mellon
Georgetown
University of Pennsylvania (Just because I can apply)
New York University
SUNY Binghamton

One more thing. I just received a 4 year scholarship from Army ROTC to the college of my choice, so I'm not sure what kind of benefit that gives me in the eyes of colleges, but we shall see.

Please tell if you think I'm shooting too high. Thank you very much for your time.

You have an ok shot. Your scores are not the best so WashU would be a low reach, UPenn would be a high reach, and Georgetown would be a reach. NYU seems like a match.

As for CMU, why would you apply there if you want to study international business and economics; there are much better schools such as American and BU that you would get into.

Chance Back?

Carnegie Mellon has actually produced several Nobel Prize winners for Economics, and even if I take the Global Policy route and do business on the side, I can still get the same result needed.

Carnegie-Mellon-Match/Low Reach
Georgetown-Reach
University of Pennsylvania (Just because I can apply)-Reach
New York University-Match (I would even say safety)

Chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/808267-chance-me-northwestern-ed-please.html
