<p>AU is pretty far from my house, so i haven’t been able to visit. I am a senior and plan to apply RD but won’t be able to visit the campus until after the deadline. To show interest, I requested a brochure and info packet and emailed the admissions officer for my region telling her that I will be visiting in February. I also am setting up a skype interview with her in lieu of an on-campus interview. Is this showing enough interest?</p>
<p>Absolutely! Admissions understands that not everyone can make the trip to DC on a whim. It is good that you told your rep about your plans to visit! After your visit, I suggest sending your rep an email expressing how great of an experience you had! </p>
