Am I Spreading Myself Too Thin?

Hey everyone. I need some help!
I’m currently a sophomore in a highly competitive high school. This year, I wanted to do speech and debate (I was not able to participate during freshman year because I missed an important meeting), but I’m not sure if I can. I also am doing other clubs (academic team, scioly, science bowl) and I am also a president of my own club. I also play violin (and have been for 7 years) and that is also very time consuming. On top of that, my schedule is packed with AP classes (4 in total) and I also am studying for the USABO test. Also, I am doing a science project to enter into Intel ISEF and I work with a professor during the week. My main concern is that I am spreading myself way too thin and I won’t end up with anything. I really wanted to try speech and debate since I love to talk and I’ve heard (since I was young) that I was a talented speaker. What should I do? Should I give up speech and debate to pursue my main interest, science? I am thinking of majoring in premed in college so I’m not sure if speech and debate is worth doing. However, I do not want to regret it later.

you can do speech and debate in college. for now focus on the science stuff
