Are these enough to be considered strong?
I will pursue the scholarship in Upenn

Your test scores are fine. Your ECs are decently above average considering you’ve only had the past 4 years to actually do stuff haha. I think the big weakness is your unweighted GPA but I think if you explain that you moved from Korea just 4 years ago, that could be alright. Ultimately you’re definitely an on-the-fence applicant; your essays can make the difference between you getting in and getting rejected. Out of curiosity, which school do you plan on applying to?

no, I wouldn’t apply

I think you definitely have a chance. Your stats are fine…I’ve seen people getting in with even lower GPA’s. The only thing is your EC’s since Penn seems to be a type of school that gives a heavy weight on EC’s but you should give it a try. Btw, are you sure your GPA is 3.85? With several B’s, I sorta doubt that it is but…anyways good luck

what a ■■■■■,actsat2400.
Yes, GPA3.85. It’s on transcript

what a ■■■■■,actsat2400.
Yes, GPA3.85. It’s on transcript

Uhm, I think that even though you just came 4 years ago, your ECs are still weak. There’s nothing that pops out at me and that will be to your disadvantage even if you’re a recent immigrant. Your GPA of 3.85 is fine, but weighted is a bit low. A good 4+ AP GPA would be 4.30+, I believe. Your SAT scores are really good. So nothing to worry about there.

Uhm, it’ll depend on the school you apply to. I would not recommend applying to Wharton just because the competition there will be killer. I think SEAS and Nursing you have a great shot at. CAS is border-line. I’d say like 50% chance? At the end of the day it’ll be your essays that either push you over or not, I tink.

Can someone please chance me as well?

I know I am not a strong candidate…
