Am I suppose to recalculate my GPA on the common app?

At my school, only AP and dual-enrollment courses get weighted credit. Honors and regular courses count the same. I’ve taken 6 hours courses at my school.
Also, my school gives +/- so if I got an A- it count as a 3.66. I have gotten so many A- grades which made it impossible to get even close to a 4.0
And in my school, a 91.9% is still a B+. It doesn’t list the percentage at my school but there is a legend that lists the grading scale.

Am I suppose to recalculate my GPA or just list the one listed on my transcript?

Use what your school shows, w or uw. Most his also submit a School Report, which usually includes grading schemes. Adcoms know how to interpret.

Do not recalculate your GPA. As noted above each HS sends a school profile with each transcript which describes the school’s grading system, levels of classes etc. so your transcript will be read in the proper context. If you recalculate the GPA on your own, it would just screw everyone up and make you look like you were trying to game the system.
