Am I supposed to get something from Tisch?

<p>Some background info:</p>

<p>I applied Early Decision to the Film/Television major at Tisch way back in November, and was accepted. I recently opened my NYU Home page, received my NYU e-mail address, and signed up for housing. But I haven't gotten any word from Tisch.</p>

<p>Should I be expecting something from them? The acceptance packet from NYU (purple folder) makes no mention of Tisch, nor of my intended major. When do I even declare my major? Can I be accepted to NYU but rejected from the film/television major? When will I know for sure that I am in?</p>

<p>If you applied to Tisch, submitted a portfolio, etc., and were accepted, then you were accepted to Tisch. NYU only allows applicants to apply to one of their colleges and they are only considered for admission to the one to which they apply.</p>

<p>if you read the package thing umm i think some where one there it says sometime in May u will get a package :slight_smile: from the school that you got in. I am waiting for my Tisch package too :slight_smile: got in Ed just like u</p>
