<p>Well it is called American College Testing (ACT) for a reason =D
They should only be delayed due to the distance that the mail has to travel, but online scores should be same.</p>

<p>No- I’m from saudi arabia and I took the ACT. there were around 10-15 people at my test center. Much less than the SAT, but not too bad.</p>
