Am I too good for the University of Colorado??

You have good stats. You will likely get in but, as an OOS student, probably without any FA/merit money.

But as I’m sure you know competition for the good colleges is very intense these days and – with the economy tanking – it will get even harder to get into the well regarded publics. (And contrary to what you may have heard, Boulder is VERY well regarded, it’s in the top ten of public universities receiving federal research money.) As other state schools, Boulder is benefitting from the financial uncertainty because many top instate students who normally would have gone OOS or private are now applying to and attending Boulder for financial reason.

As to law school - no. Graduating from Boulder will not give you any significant advantage when applying to UC-Boulder law school.
