i just decided that i should apply for ut austin but i haven’t done anything regarding the application so far. I just wanna ask if there is time left to submit all the materials such as transcripts and sat scores ( when is the deadline). I am an international student and my high school is in california.
Do your best to complete it now. I know they’re accepting test scores until the end of December, but I don’t know about anything else. Email admissions and ask

Yes, feel free to apply now. The deadline to submit Apply Texas is midnight of December 1 Texas time. There is a small leeway for other documents like the transcript and essays. UT and other universities have an “internal deadline” that allows for documents to arrive by mail, but don’t push it.
Their stated policy for receiving test scores must come directly from the testing agencies. They will accept them no later than December 31, so that means the December testing dates are usually fair game.
If it makes you feel any better, about 15,000 applicants will submit from Thanksgiving until December 1.
