If you are an international needing a great deal of aid, the chances pf getting in with sufficient funding is slim even if you work off of the list above.

ALso check out https://educationusa.state.gov/ to get more info about applying from your specific country.
Then you need to apply for Fall 2018. Most financial aid has been given out by now and colleges on the list above will expect 25-30K.
You should also explore options in your home country.
If you are international, why would you want to come to the US to study at Framingham state? This is a perfectly decent university, but can’t you find a perfectly decent university closer to home? Do you know people there?
There is a Feb 15 next year too.
The OP is an international student…would need to be full pay at Framingham.
@twoinanddone I don’t think applications for Framingham for fall 2018 are available…yet. It sounds like this student is applying…now.
