<p>He’s only a sophomore. You ought to give him some time. Once he hits his junior and senior years he will be on it without your having to push him into it.</p>

<p>If he does it on his own, he will be that much more successful.</p>

<p>It took until my junior year to really achieve, but because my parents never pushed me, I went full steam ahead. And I am proud of the results.</p>
