1)My nationality is Azeri, population in US=5.000 ( Azerbaijani people - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )

I know that the URM includes Hispanic,Indian,Asian.... If taking that Hispanic are millions in US

So is my 5000 population makes my URM or not?

2)I am Muslim, but don`t practice religion

3) I speak Russian,Turkish

So Am I URM?

to add to this, could someone clarify whether or not middle eastern people count as URM? for med school admissions i know they don’t, but what about for undergrad?

No and no. URMs are black, Hispanic and Native American.

So Being foreign cannot help me at all?

Many students tell that some colleges like Rice for the sake of diversity on their campus prefer taking foreigns, Especially Rice, cause 50% of students are Texans, according to their
DATA For last years there were only 3-4 students from my country? SO Does my nationality gonna help me?

In your application, focus on the diversity you will bring to campus. In that way, your country of origin will help you present yourself as more unique and having been exposed to many new experiences.
