It’s really tough to chance someone who hasn’t taken their SATs/ACT. What can you do to step up your game? I would say study hard for the SATs, continue those ECs, and maybe get some job experience if you can.

Thank You but, do you think my extra-curriculars and classes are good?

Course rigor is great for sure.

I’m not sure how qualified I am to say this, but I think you need a little more leadership and perhaps a little more scope in your extracurriculars.

Chance me back =):

As long as you score well on your SATs and you pull 5s on your AP exams, I think you are on the right track. I think passion and quality of your ECs are more important than quantity. Hopefully you are taking AP Calc this year. I didn’t see it on your list. Essays need to show passion and heart. And, of course, your teacher reqs are key. Good luck!

Hey, I’m a DECA kid too. When you say you won at district and state, do you mean finalist or first place? and just out of curiosity, what event were you in? I went to ICDC for sports&entertainment marketing

I agree that you lack anything exceptional for your extracurriculars. I recommend finding something you absolutely love and join a group (preferably in your future field). Also, your GPA appears a little weak. 3.78 is good, but when a huge amount of kids come in with right around a 4.0, it looks bad.
