<p>actually thats not true chipset. no matter how many muscle exercises you do, if you dont do cardio, all your new muscles will be hidden behind the fat you didn't burn. most of us who are reasonably active have six packs--but they're hidden by a pillow of fat!</p>

<p>and yes chaos, whey protein is a great idea. my mom recently bought a bag from costco. it's actually quite delicious in milk and in shakes--it tastes like a dessert and it's good workout food (i think one scoop is 140 calories with tons of protein). and chicken is a good idea. of course, don't give up your tofu, beans, and nuts. supplement what you already eat with more chicken and stuff. and get going on the cardio + muscle reps.</p>
