<p>WRONG. This can only happen if you do something stupid and damage your ephyseal (spelling) cartilage. Otherwise, as long as you stick to good technique and practice with lighter weights for about 2 years, there's no harm...it can even HELP get that HGH going if you get up in the morning before eating breakfast haha but I just do sprints or conditioning in the morning.</p>
