<p>btw chaostheory - I think your dad confused whey protein with creatine. THAT's the dangerous stuff...I will never take that stuff, neither does my advanced bodybuilding friend (as in 250 bp/300 squat kid). Whey protein is essentially 2 grams of sugar and ~20 grams of protein. As long as you only take it after workouts ( I assume max 4 times a week) AND NOT ANY OTHER TIME, you won't get cancer like a lot of these "gym weenies" lol.</p>
