amazing body improvements

<p>okay, I have officially started working out. 20 mins on the tredmil then a whole lot of weight lifting. Then I ride my bike for half an hour. Push ups and all those other things. This is my thrid day and it's going well.
so, what am I doing wrong? </p>

<p>(In my previous post: I weigh 170 lbs and stand at 5'7'') anyway, what weight should I aim for?</p>
