<p>First off If you're not sore you're doing something wrong, why, because your definetly not in shape. So your muscle should be hurting if not you're not doing enough. I fyou tell me exactly what you're doing, like number of reps, types of weights, etc I can help you better. And like I've said before the treadmill is a waste of time.</p>
