<p>I am feeling really sore. I can barely lift my arms. But I was wondering if there is something else I slould be doing-or something I shouldn't.
I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing- it's not like a routine or anything; I spend one hour in the gym and do whatever I feel like doing at the time. I life weights (10/12/15 kg) and I use those bikes for like 10 minutes...The tredmill takes up most of the time. Why do you think that the tredmill is a waste of time?- it seems to work for me.</p>
