Amazing Library

just reflecting on how wheni visted Harvard, I was in awe by the library. I think I literally stood with my mouth agape(how embarassing) something like 5 minutes just admiring it. All of the books.. SO MANY. I have a special relationship with libraries. As a kid I remember that some of the best times of my day were walking to the inner city library.. skipping over the children's stuff and reading in the adult section. I felt so .. avante garde...

oh well, if accepted I will attempt to drink from harvard's fountain of knowledge. They shoudl do a quench your thirst for knowledge commercial like Mountain Dew

is that from your essay or something?

Searching Harvard's library online (which you can do from all over the world) and comparing to the library of your favorite local college demonstrates one Harvard advantage that is hard to gainsay: the library resources at Harvard really are top-notch, and well supported. That's the reason I lurk and occasionally post on this forum: I too am a library lover, and I know too well the strengths and weaknesses of the library of my alma mater, which is likely to be the "safety" school for all of my children.

Just wait until Google gets finished scanning it in! From what I hear, the project may be completed in - say - 20 years.

lol.... hopefull by then I'll have my career going

and no, it is not part of my essay because i fel t that including it would be like bragging.... I just mentioned that to the interviewer
