I don't know if I need to send in my SAT scores for transfer... This is what it says on the site:

The Cornell transfer application consists of the Common Application, which Cornell uses exclusively, and the Cornell University Supplement to the Common Application. Please review the application instructions provided by the Undergraduate Admissions Office.

In addition to the application materials, you must also submit:

Official transcripts from your high school and all colleges attended
Request for an on-campus or off-campus interview
SAT or ACT scores if you have already taken them
(you are not required to take the tests if you have not already done so).

I have taken the test but im not satisfied with my score. so?

Lol. Sometimes the honest thing to do and the right thing to do aren’t the same thing. I sent them an email anyway. Thanks for the advice Tchaikoskypiano. Anyone else with ideas?

“SAT or ACT scores if you have taken these standardized tests previously AND WOULD LIKE THEM TO BE CONSIDERED with your application.”

This applies to all seven undergraduate colleges, so I would say that you’re fine not sending your scores.

The requirements you cited in your original post were misleading. As stated in your post, there is no logical ambiguity; you MUST submit your scores.

TchaikovskyPiano, Thank you very much. You have been great help:) I will not send them but I will retake it anyway for the other schools. And if the next score turns out to be good… La de dah. Once again, Thank you very much.
