Okay, you would be one of the seven smartest students at Temple. You’d get Pitt, Richmond, Wake, ND, BC, Georgetown. Johns Hopkins is insanely hard but isn’t out of the question. Penn isn’t a guaranteed yes but good odds. Unsure about Cornell and Emory/Oxford
I would agree with the above chances. You’re have a good chance of getting into almost all the schools on this list. The only problem is that there will be a lot of kids with similar stats. If you can get that GPA up a little more that would definetly help. And if your essays are good then you shouldn’t have to worry too much. Good luck!

Get your Act score up to a 34 and I say all those reaches become matches and hopkins is definitely a possibility, if you feel like you’re more than your gpa (as it’s low for some of these schools) definitely request an interview (in not required) and explain to them who you are, it could significantly help your chances.
You have solid chances at all except for Cornell and Notre Dame. Considering your ECs, you’d be automatically rejected from Cornell Human Ecology. Not because you’re ECs are bad, they just have little to do with human ecology and CU specifically looks for fit. You could always change what school you apply to tho. You’re best bet is Dyson but its ridiculously hard to get into. Similarly, Mendoza is a very prestigious business school and requires luck to some extent. You’re a strong applicant though. Good luck!
Have to disagree with those that say ND is a match/low reach. Your ACT is in the 25th percentile, GPA is low, and EC’s are somewhat thin. The admit rate this year was <20%, so even with scores etc. more in range it is still a pretty high reach.
