<p>They ask you the typical med interview questions, nothing particularly special. If you applied through RPI, there may be an emphasis on your research (if you have any). Just be prepared to talk about your experiences and how they have influenced your decision to pursue medicine. Some typical questions include “tell me about your volunteering”, “what is the biggest challenge you have overcome”, “do you have any questions for me”, “do you want to be more on the research side or the clinical side of medicine”, “what do you like to do for fun”, “what’s your favorite/least favorite subject”, “what do you consider important ethical issues” etc…obviously varies significantly by interviewer. Don’t stress about the interview too much, good luck!</p>
