<p>AMDA now have a BFA offering at their LA campus. Has anyone heard anything about the program and AMDA? Are there any students enrolled in the program on this forum who would care to comment?</p>

<p>My D (junior in HS) is currently in a production with a girl that is attending AMDA for MT in LA. My D's friend was at the University of Arizona for MT, but did not like the program and left after one year. I talked with this girl extensively last Sunday as we were helping with load in for the production. She really likes the program at AMDA and feels she is getting great instruction. My D has decided to go visit the campus in LA and take a tour with her friend and sit in on some of the classes. </p>
<p>I will report back what my D's observations are once she visits.</p>
<p>I'm auditioning at the end of March for the BFA at AMDA in LA. They sent me a packet and everything sounds pretty good. They have a lot of alumni that have gone on to do some great shows/films. Maybe if you just email them they will send you a packet and you can see if you like it. I sort of wish the BFA program was in NYC because the campus looks a lot nicer there, but oh well. :)</p>
