Amep

I am going for Applied math, engineering, and physics.
I have a lot to learn about this still, but I am wondering if I have to take any history classes?
One of my AP classes European History. Will the credits even count for anything if I get any?

In AP Euro, 3 will get you 3 at UW, 4 or 5 will get you 6 (credits, that is).

Your social science breadth requirements do not have to include any history and as above your AP score can help you meet reqs. You can start looking at the online UW catalog to check graduation reqs for L&S- BA and BS degrees as well as in your proposed major. This will help you plan courses for your first semester before SOAR. It’s a good idea to become familiar with the UW site.
