American/Canadian Colleges?

I'm a student in Mumbai, India, and will be graduating next year. I want to do my undergraduate on Computer Science. Now I've done my research on English, Australian colleges but I'm a little flimsy on American ones. I scored a 2120 on my SAT, (1430 without the writing section).

I have reasonably good extracurriculars and event participation (a Senior Diploma in a classical form of dance, two distinction certificates in classical music, Community Service Director of the local Rotaract Club, part of a student exchange programme to Denmark, etc), and as far as gpa goes we don't really have that system in India. We have the percentage system for the 10th and 12th class, and I got a 94% in my 10th. My interim marks for 12th are good.

So here's the question:
What colleges should I be looking at? A few of my seniors got accepted in UBC and I do have my eyes set on it. Do I have a chance? U of A sounds good too. In the US, I was looking at Rochester Institute of Technology, Georgia Institute of Technology as matches, Tufts and Brown as serious reaches. Stony Brook is also attractive, and Florida Institute of Technology as a safety school.

But I really, really would love to get into UBC. Chance me?

And also please suggest other universities if they sound suitable. Oooh and financial aid is definitely a big consideration!

Oh and I forgot to add I did not do well in my 11th. I focused so hard on those damn coaching classes I took school for granted (and I’m in ISC Science). So yeah, I only got a 69%. But I’m doing better already in the 12th. How awful do you think my 11th grades will look on my application?

im in the exact same situation
its bad that the 11th marks are low but if you do well in your 12th first term thus showing an upward trend u have a good chance for rit and gatech, brown and tufts though will still be a reach

Canadian schools weight your grade 12 marks more heavily than grade 11 so a couple of previous missteps shouldn’t kill you as long as you are doing well in your final year.
Your SAT scores should be fine for getting into UBC.
McGill and U of Toronto may be two other Canadian schools to consider. They both have larger international populations and are both in very multicultural cities, UofT in particular has a vibrant population of Indian students.

what is your financial status? can you afford full pay for canadian schools or do you need to get scholarships for us schools?
