I mean I've heard this thing that American girls just love our accents (no generalisation intended). You only have to look as far as that scene from Love Actually (God I wish that's true) So, basically, would my accent up my game?

Sorry if I sound like a dick... and I'm not some creepy, ugly guy either.

depends, some girls probs would. that coupled with the classic British humour. as a guy, i personally love english accents on girls more than any other, and a friend of mine believes his accent (even though he’s lived here for at least 10 years, its a matter of intense debate as to why its still there…) will get him bids out the ass in college. female friends of mine say that besides Australian, English ones are pretty much best

I think a lot of girls would love guys with a British accent. I’m gay, but I realllllllllly like this girl who’s an exchange student from England…her accent is incredibly hot…sigh :)

Answer me this: do English girls like American guys? Do they like our American accents? Cuz if so, I may have to rearrange my future plans…

Anyway, yes, most women like a foreign accent, but not ALL foreign accents. Spanish or French, women like. Strong Russian or German, not so much. Maybe it’s Hollywood’s fault for training us to react in certain ways to certain accents. English accents are nice, but probably not all English accents. A strong cockney accent might come across as just comical, I guess it depends on the girl.

Maybe we could arrange a swap. You can have Lindsay Lohan and I’ll have Anna Popplewell. Deal?

Just don’t be an jerk about it. I happen to be attractive to the brits because they are a tad bit classier than the average joe shmoe. The accent is a bit of a perk.

I love british accents. Back at my high school, we had a guy with a thick british accent and every time he said anything the girls would all whisper something like “He’s just so cute!!” or “I love british guys!!”

I have a question: British guys … do you perceive American gals as “easy”? Like if we were in your country and you came across a girl from America.
