American universities overseas???

<p>I'm wondering about how American universities in say London or Paris compare to US private schools?? I'm applying as a transfer and need to get a list of schools I am applying to for pre req purposes. I am mainly wondering about the American International University of London (richmond) are there cons of going there vs. NYU or Georgetown????</p>
