<p>Have you taken another language exam that establishes your proficiency? E.g. the IELTS or a high verbal score on the SAT?</p>
<p>If you cannot establish your fluency, the other option would be to enroll in an ESL program first.</p>
<p>Without establishing fluency your going to have to go to a community college . But it’ll be cheaper if you do, and the best part is your English is better then many of the American students you’ll have classes with( I wish i was joking, I really do)</p>
