If you’re within the mid-range, by submitting a score you’re proving you are a good fit for the school. The only time you should not submit a score would be if you are below the mid-range.

they just sent the email out- they’ll begin mailing out letters the week of March 20th and everyone should receive their decision by March 31st. good luck everyone!

Would anyone mind posting their Stats? I’m just very anxious…

I have a 3.4 gpa with 3 APs and a 2010 on the SAT. I honestly don’t anticipate getting in because they keep emphasizing how large/competitive the applicant pool was this year. I did include an extra statement explaining why my gpa is so low, but I don’t know if it’ll be enough. I’m so nervous!!

@htran15127 I have a 3.9 GPA unweighted (not actually sure what it is weighted) and a 31 on the ACT. I have taken 5 AP classes (World History, English and Composition, US History, Comparative Government and Politics, and Statistics), as well as a few honors classes (Chemistry, Physics, Sociology). I also took college classes in the afternoon at a local college this past year.

they just sent out an email saying decisions will be mailed the week of the 20th!

i’m high key stressing right now

Did anyone else get the email @gk1733 mentioned? I haven’t received it yet.

@acrowde I did!

Okay, mine is going to be a bit odd, maybe very odd.

I’m graduating high school with an HS dip. and an Associate Degree (AA) since I’m doing a dual-enrollment program at my Community College. Previously applied as a transfer for Fall, but I was able to have an AU’s adviser moving my application to freshman.

My 9th and 10th grades GPAs top out at 2.86 (Weighted)

But my 11th and 12th grades are all college courses; my college GPA is 3.96 / 4.0.
Therefore, I take no APs and applied as a test-optional. I’m just not sure how bad my 9th and 10th GPAs are going to affect me.

I missed out on listing the ECs for high school, too… Since I’ve, initially, applied as a transfer and that application process was different.

Also, I applied as an International Studies major.

My unweighted GPA is 4.0, W is like 4.5.
SAT is 1340/1600
IB Program.

I’m hoping to get a large scholarship. I applied as International studies with an interest in the Peace Corps program offered.

Has anyone tried to make a myAU account? Rumor has it in past discussions that if you can make one you’re in… not 100% sure how true that is though.

@mforr246 Yea I heard that too. I just tried and it did not work… This is adding to the depression lol

Also just tried and did not work. @htran15127 it might just be too early but maybe we shouldn’t rely on this trick to check admissions decisions

@tayemack123 Yes, you are correct :(. Tho all of the rejections from last year (or the year before) thread is freaking me out…

Didn’t work for me either, hopefully it’s too early! I’ve been freaking out for weeks waiting for the letter in the mail

Didn’t work for me either

didn’t work for me, it’s probably just too early at this point

@mforr246 I made a myAU some time ago and was able to log in today.
