<p>Does anyone know which Facebook group is the official AU Class of 2018 group? I see that there is one called “American University: Class of 2018 (Official Group)” and one called "American University Class of 2018. Each accuse each other of posting spam. </p>

<p>Most people have been posting in the second group, the one that doesn’t say it’s official. I’ve seen no spam there.</p>
<p>Happens every year. The one that doesn’t advertise some website called roomsurfing or something similar to that isn’t the real one. A few AU students created a website for incoming freshman to find roommates on their website and to attract students they created the “official” Facebook group. As MiniMeeny said, just join both and leave the one with spam. </p>
