I have a couple of questions.
1.) Is American University in Bulgaria run through the American University ?(sounds like a dumb question, but I’d like to know)
2.) Are the classes taught in English? I only know English and a little French.
3.) Are aid packages and merit schola rships offered to American students?
4.) Is the campus safe? Easy to get to from the airport?
5.) Would I need a car to get around campus, the town, to shopping centers?
Thank you for any answers you have! I am looking at American University in D.C., but I am concerned that it may be too expensive, so going out of the U.S. for a similar education that is cheaper would be great.
Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, there are a bunch of American University of __________, such as the American University of Paris, American University of Rome, American University of Beirut, etc. I am not sure how/if they are affiliated with the American University in D.C., but I do know that they are accredited by U.S. accreditation associations and their degrees are recognized here. Courses are taught in English. My daughter will be taking a summer course at AUP (American University of Paris) this year.
