American, Wellesley, Georgetown?

Thanks for reading this! I am interested in majoring in international relations (or something similar) or a language.
I’m looking at American University, Wellesley, Oberlin, and Georgetown (kind of a stretch I know). My safety is the College of Wooster.

GPA (I think this is weighted, my school does it weirdly): 3.8
ACT: 29 (am taking again, projected to get higher)
