http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/williams-college/867174-williams-ends-need-blind-admissions-international-students.html

If you google williams college international students need blind admissions you get several newspaper sites.

harvard yale princeton mit dartmouth and amherst are the only six that are need blind for international students. but there are some other schools that offer need blind aid to canadians.

what are the other schools that offer need blind aid to Canadians ?

williams is still need blind for internationals…they might shift to need aware from next admission session though…

Cornell used to only offer FA to students from Canada and Mexico but they recently opened the aperture to all international students. https://www.finaid.cornell.edu/eligibility/international.cfm That will probably make the funding more competitive to get now.

williams is need-aware for international this year.

Penn is need-blind for Canadian citizens and permanent residents, but not yet for other international applicants.

i am already applying to UPENN. did you mean that or Penn State ? thanks .

^ When properly used, “Penn” always means University of Pennsylvania, and not Penn State:

[Penn: University of Pennsylvania](http://www.upenn.edu/)

You’re welcome. :)
