Amherst College

Hello! I am an international student interested in going to school in the US. I was wondering, does Amherst College only accept students with stellar SAT scores? My SAT is good but not WOW (Composite Score: 1880), I am a valedictorian, I got 4 in both Spanish Literature and Human Geography APs, I got 111/120 in the toefl. I participated in the United Nations debate club in my school, I won best delegate four times and I was the secretary general of the Model UN organized by my school. In my senior year I was part of a entrepreneurship project in my high school, my project got the second place in my school's contest and was among the best five projects in a contest held by a univeristy in my homecountry. I won both an interschool speech contest in English. I will be taking SAT subject tests math 2 and literature in december. I've also lived in 3 different countries in latin america, and in five different cities, so I am a "diverse" person. My native language is Spanish, I speak very good English, fluent French and Im learning German. Im pretty sure I can get very good recommendation letters from my teachers, and I can get a recommendation letter from the principal too.
Does somebody know what are my chances? are there any good schools I could get into and get a scholarship?
THANKS!!!!
