<p>They split up male/female names, stick 'em in a big lotto ball dispenser and take 110 or so of each. For amusement they sometimes go with "the throw em down the stairs and take every third stair" first. Then they send out the yes/no letters within 3 weeks!!!! and finally open the apps, take out the essays and sell them to Best Essays Ever publishers. But at least you find out promptly and you don't have to wait for the pony express to get em from Williamstown to Pittsfield.</p>
<p>And by the way to the person who posted about Amherst and how WIlliams and Amherst are so close cause they re both purple...they re about as different shades of purple as could be for the same shade of purple (sic), as in Duke- UNC.</p>
