Amount of Recommendations

I had planned on turning in three teacher recommendations. On the Harvard website, they recommend that you provide two from either sophomore or junior year. I had planned on...

Math Teacher - Freshman Year - continue to have a good relationship and I feel like she could speak to my character.

Accounting Teacher/Head of Finance Academy - Junior Year - very involved in finance academy as well as internships.

U.S. History Teacher - Junior Year - very good relationship and could show my strong work ethic.

With that being said, would it be pushing it to submit three recommendations? Should I submit a recommendation from a teacher from freshman year? Which recommendation is most expendable? If anyone could provide any help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I’m sending three but only because the third adds a different dimension to me. I’m sending two teachers (English and science) and then one from the District Director of Curriculum because we have worked together on many district-wide projects. I would only send 3 if you think each one will show something different about you.
