Have them both. Should I bother struggling through AMSCO (I’m only on chapter 14, self-studying…), or just read DH as many times as I can while I still have the chance? Thanks.

US History in a Flash is the best choice right now. The DH book focuses on high-frequency topics such as Clay’s American System and the Japanese Internment that regularly appear on APUSH exams. It is the first APUSH prep book to use the amazing resources from AP Central. As a result, its chapters on writing DBQ and Free-Response essays are outstanding. With less than 25 days to go its direct style is a big plus. Amsco is a great book but it is 700+ pages long.
