AMSCO, REA, or PR for APUSH practice tests?

I’m going to get essay questions from AP Central, obviously, but I’m having trouble figuring out which one book will have the most accurate AP practice multiple-choice questions.

Should I do all of them? If so, how can I find the answers to AMSCO tests?

Thank you in advance!

AMSCO is just fact recall and useless.

Use PR questions(which tend to be accurate) and the DH ones on the website.

Thank you! On a side note, do you think I should really invest in DH at this point since I already have three books at my disposal?

*I’m also taking the SAT Subject US History test the day after APUS exam.

^Did you download the 1996 exam? The CB Course Description booklet has 40 more mc’s. The REA practice test questions are terrible. PR and DH website are much better. How many APs are you preparing for? It is very important to use prep books that are focused and to the point.

@dark knight I’m preparing for one other AP exam (self-study)–you guessed it, AP Psych.

So PR and DH are my best hopes? And I don’t really want to download the 1996 one because the part that I feel most shaky about is the recent stuff – after 1980s and I doubt 1996 will show me what kind of questions they will have for the third millennium. Hahah. But I’ll try it out anyway!

Amsco is great for the actual test preparation so i would not call it useless. But question wise you have to find other sources.

Don’t use REA their tests are horrible!

Yes! The REA test are terrible! They have typos and stupid questions and it’s really misleading!
