An honors college with scholarships for all students

I thought that some students might be interested in Florida Atlantic College. We talked to a representative at a college fair, and it seemed very interesting and impressive, particularly for students who want small classes and a beautiful campus at a low cost.

"There are small classes, research opportunities, an ideal location, an enriching learning and growing environment, a diverse student body, one-on-one with dedicated faculty AND a SCHOLARSHIP for ALL admitted students?? YES!!

As you may already know, the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University is located in Jupiter - a short drive to the Atlantic Ocean - within the new Abacoa Community. But what you may not know is that as a member of the State University System of Florida, the Honors College will offer a quality education at a surprisingly affordable cost AND we award a (RENEWABLE) merit-based scholarship to ALL admitted students!!

Honors College Academic SCHOLARSHIPS available include:
----Henry Morrison Flagler Scholarship (well over $55,000 over four years)
-----Dean's Scholarship ($7500/year)
------Leadership Scholarship ($5000/year)
-------IB Scholarship ($5000/year)
--------Jupiter Scholarship (up to $5000/year) to all admitted students.

"Every student admitted into the Wilkes Honors College is offered a scholarship. This is not a loan, but an award that does not have to be repaid. Students may be required to maintain a certain GPA to remain qualified to receive renewals. A student DOES NOT have to complete the FAFSA to be eligible for Wilkes Honors College merit based scholarships."

Isn't their main campus in Boca?

Are these scholarships just for Florida residents?
