And it begins

I was just wondering what it would take to get into a higher level German class, if I wanted to minor in German.

I'm pretty sure it works the same way...if you are in a language class here, it helps you to get Ops overseas where they speak that language. I don't think there was a validation exam for German, but I could be wrong. If you want to minor in it, take whatever you can get at home.

There is a validation/placement test for german. The goal is to get yourself into the 200's level so it will immediately count towards your minor.

Hornet if you go to Misawa you gotta eat at the Viking. Out the main gate about four blocks down. The noodle house has great yakisoba. The rec center used to have a great prime rib sandwich, but I've been told it is no more.
I had my first Japanese egg mcmuffin at the train station in Yokota. Just wasn't the same. The BK on base even tasted different. Wifes family lives in tachikawa. Family home has been in family for generations, and makes you appreciate american square footage.

I know what you mean on the square footage!

I LOVE yakisoba, will have to find Viking if I get Misawa!

I personally missed Domino's Pizza in japan, best chain pizza I have had to date.

How long ago were you there?

Are microwaves available to 4digs? She loves Nato and Rice. There is packaged japanese style rice and frozen nato, just need a microwave.

There is usually one in the squad.

natto is plain nasty. lol.

My sentiments exactly, but her mother got her hooked on the stuff. We can send it in a care package, and she can stink up the squad.

My Dad doesn't know what he is missing. It just takes some getting used too. Nothing like a warm bowl of rice with natto, and sprinkles.

Hey, for that push up workout u were talkin about, where you go from 20 to 1. How long should I take imbetween sets? thx
