Post when your package has arrived. Is today the day? Good luck to everyone!

Did you actually get the package? Or are you just ■■■■■■■■ us :(

I’m sorry. Not yet. Post when the package has arrived. I hope my S receives it today. Mail comes at noon - Southern California. I was just gearing up for the excitement of today. Today has to be the day!

Haha it’s fine, the thread title is just very misleading. I would have paid USC the cost to ship my decision via overnight Express Mail…

The title of this thread basically gave me a heart attack haha… Im still waiting in TX, hope to see something tomorrow or Friday!! Good luck to all of you on the west coast today :)

As a longtime lurker I’m honored to be the first to confirm that packages have arrived in Southern California! Luckily the woman who delivers our mail is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and when she saw our stress level she gave me her cell phone number so I could check in when I knew a package should be arriving. She just texted me that she has a Priority Mail package for my son from USC. I’m heading out with the dog to meet her right now. Good luck, everyone!!!

@clubbabalu, where in SoCal do you live? Would it be different dates for different regions even in SoCal? I live in Riverside County, specifically city of Murrieta…

EXCITING!!! You need to add your mailcarrier story to the “My Mailman’s Name is Richard” thread!

Are you taking it to your son’s school now, or waiting until he gets home???

CONGRATS, clubbabalu! The first package, how exciting!

Your mail person is as nice as ours was last year - He came to us first that day, when he normally comes at 5-ish.

How will you inform your son?

Very Exciting clubbabalu. Hope the news is as exciting for my S here in Orange County today. Watch my mailman be late today. Congratulations!

We’re in the San Fernando Valley. I wish I’d been more creative in letting him know, but I just texted him (I didn’t think he could stand waiting any longer than he had to). His father and I both went to UCLA, but he’s had his heart set on USC for a while now, and we’ve been converted. Fight on!!!

YEAH!!! So happy for you guys!!!

Yay! Congrats to your son:) Hopefully the scholarship envelope comes soon too… We are have just as many nerves as people receiving admissions decisions this week.

Congrats and good luck to everyone still waiting!

And go USPS! :)

Oops, speaking of grammatical errors, I meant we HAVE just as many nerves (can’t edit on my cellphone internet)

Clubbabulu, tell your son to join the unofficial USC accepted students facebook group! We already have seventy members. Message me or Jasonvdm for the link.

Congrats @clubbabalu!
do they release ALL decisions at the same time? or accepted students hear back first?

Rumor is they released all yesterday, but acceptances are priority mail so they may get to you faster if you’re outside socal!

im an international applicant and got the DHL mail a few hours back, is this a good sign or a bad one?

I’m so jealous of you guys, the mail is going to take forever to get to South Florida where I live!!

When I checked the USPS shipping time site, it estimated Priority Mail packages arriving up in Bay Area on Thursday. No matter what I tried for shipping time on Tues 22nd it said Thursday arrival. Wonder if that’s true! Will be waiting anxiously to see if someone in Bay Area gets the package today. Our mail comes around 3 pm. Not going to get much work done today, I’m afraid, what with hitting refresh on this thread and all…
