<p>Im applying for Andover and you need a current english teacher reccomendation, but I am on block schedule and am not currently taking english. who do i give this form to? last years teacher, social studies teacher, both?</p>
<p>Don’t ask us. Ask Andover. Call and ask or send an email to the person who is handling your app, (usually, the person who interviewed you). That’s what they mean when they say, “If you have any questions about the application process, feel free to contact us.”</p>

<p>What does a block schedule mean?</p>
<p>On the Exeter website it says: If you are on a block schedule and not currently taking English, we require recommendations from your current history/humanities teacher plus last year’s English teacher. </p>
<p>This could possibly be the same for Andover but I would call and check just to be sure.</p>
<p>Call the admissions office - trust me, they’re really nice!</p>
<p>Don’t call/email your interviewer on this, as they are not the ones “handling your application” (or at least, most likely not)</p>
