I’m applying to a couple top prep schools, and have a 4.0 gpa, I think. I was wondering if prep schools who have really hard admissions see quarterly grades. My school has quarter, semester and final grades along with mid terms and finals. I want to know whether these schools see these quarter grades, because I’ve gotten all A’s until now for semester and final grades. However, in the last quarter of my 6th grade I got an 89, but my average that semester was a 94. I wanted to know if this will be seen. I’m in the 7th grade, entering 8th this school year. HELP MEEE! Also, will a low 90’s SSAT affect my chance at these schools compared to a mid/high 90. I’

That depends on how your current school reports your grades. You need to ask them. However, an 89 in one quarter will not be the difference between an acceptance and a rejection.
