<p>Old news, but…I’m a conservative and I absolutely despise Keith Olbermann, though the two aren’t mutually exclusive. I also, however, despise Ann Coulter with a much greater passion than Olbermann. Olbermann is a clown and makes liberals look silly, which I, as a conservative, enjoy quite a bit. Coulter is a clown and makes conservatives look silly, which I, as a conservative, am sick of. They both are a blemish on Cornell’s otherwise stellar alumni roll. Bottom line: Ann Coulter’s an ass and, while Olbermann is right on this one, he is also an ass. I’m not even dignifying Coulter’s argument about the colleges (“Ivy League Cornell”…*** is she talking about) with a response and neither should any of you.</p>
<p>RE: Flipper19, Fox isn’t anywhere near as bad as people make it out to be, though it can be a little moronic (see “Fox and Friends”). Obviously it has an ideological tilt, but it isn’t any worse than any of the other cable news channels. This clip is from Red Eye, which is, I have to say, typically pretty hilarious (see “Andy Levy”)…I just think Gutfeld let his attraction to Coulter (I don’t see it either) get the best of him.</p>

<p>I think Ann Coulter is absolutely hilarious. I enjoy listening to her. She definitely goes down as my favorite Cornell alum because I appreciate ridiculousness. To the point of the thread, while Ann Coulter is wrong in what she says in her comparisions of CAS vs. CALS, she is right in some respect concerning Keith Olbermann. His degree is in ‘communications’ (which clearly has led him good places), BUT it is certainly one of the easiest majors at Cornell. I don’t mean that in a bad way either. Not all majors are equally difficult and communications happens to be easy. Every communications major I have met agrees it’s easy too. That doesn’t mean you aren’t learning anything valuable either so I don’t mean to start anything up.</p>

<p>Keith Olbermann is right here. I still dislike him, but that’s nothing to my outright hatred of Coulter. She’s about as bigoted as it’s possible to be.</p>
<p>As a conservative, I’m not Olbermann’s biggest fan-but he is completely in the right here, and Coulter is just plain wrong. Cornell accepts her and provides her with a launching pad to a successful career, and this is how she repays them? By smudging their name?</p>
