I recently got housing into Annenberg House as a junior.. How far is that from the main campus? Also are the apartments good compared to others?

Information and virtual tour: [USC Housing Option - Buildings - Annenberg House](http://housing.usc.edu/housingoptions/buildings.aspx?bid=anh)

Distance to center of campus: [Annenberg House](Google Maps)

Some are nice, some are not so nice, some show their age, this one looks like most of the others. However, USC tends to renovate their buildings ever so often and if you run into any problems, USC housing will take care of it but for example the bathroom and kitchen look dated in Annenberg House.

That’s a pretty long walk to the campus… Also how much do electricity, water and other utilities end up costing?.. do you have to pay USC every month for them?

You can get a bike/skateboard or wait for the tram if you don’t want to walk.

I believe you get billed every 2 months, its not too much I’d estimate like $20/person but it depends on your usage so if you minimized electricity by turning off your AC, computer, lights, etc. then you can reduce your bill a couple dollars.

One of my best friends lived in Annenberg House and loved it, but, yes, it’s too far from campus to walk. It’s up near Adams and Fig (Figueroa) so you’ll just want to find out the tram schedule, get a bike, and familiarize yourself with the campus cruiser after hours.
