While I saw some similar threads, I am still not clear on how the finalist process works. I was called this week and told I was a finalist, but that I will be interviewed over the weekend I stay and then they will let me know if I receive the scholarship.

Bottom Line Question: How many "finalists" are there, who actually becomes a Rodriguez Scholar out of all of those, and who receives a scholarship?

I am a Rodriguez finalist, too! I have many of the same questions. I am hoping the information we receive in the mail in the next few days will have some answers.

For some scholarships, the interview process determines who gets a full scholarship and who gets a half. I’m not 100% sure if it works like this for all of them. I’d suggest your chances are good though.

I’m a Rodriguez finalist and am hoping that all finalists recieve some form of scholarship! Wash U is great, but I can’t afford to come and pay the full sticker price.

I RSVP’d today on the WUSTL website. I put 4 people down as coming since my family will probably go up with me initially, but I hope that does not confuse them.

It will be fun meeting some of you and I am in the same boat as mysticalheavens about paying the full sticker price.

I RSVP’d yesterday and my mom is coming with me. Very excited to be going back to WashU. Any ED students on this thread? Come over to the Class of 2016 thread, we’re trying to connect and check out the Facebook page!
